Powerful performance for power-hungry electric vehicles
The Standard Battery Pro 40 is the first choice for electric construction machinery and special vehicles. Up to 18 standard batteries, each with an energy content of 40 kilowatt hours, can be combined to supply even the most power-hungry construction machines with enough energy for an entire working day. A robust aluminum housing protects the high-voltage battery and meets the highest requirements for safety, availability and stability, even in demanding working environments. With dimensions of 960 x 687 x 302 millimeters and a weight of 297 kilograms, it can be installed both vertically and horizontally, giving system integrators and vehicle manufacturers maximum freedom during installation.
The Standard Battery Pro 40 meets all the necessary standards for construction and special vehicles, including the ECE R100 and R10 approvals as well as the CE specifications for mobile machinery. It also covers a range of safety standards, including ISO 6469, ISO 19014 and ISO 26262 (ASIL level C). The high-voltage battery is protected against the ingress of dust and water on the construction site in accordance with IP67.

Electrical thermal management for man and machine
The heart of electric vehicles is the traction battery. It stores the energy that powers your construction machine throughout the working day. With the electrical Battery Thermal Management (eBTM), Webasto offers a compact and scalable plug-and-play thermal management solution that ensures the optimum performance of traction batteries in electric construction vehicles and machines.
In combination with the eBTM, the batteries deliver their maximum performance during operation regardless of the outside temperature and load, achieve the longest possible life cycle and can be charged more quickly. Webasto's electrical Cabin Thermal Management (eCTM) goes one step further.
The eCTM combines electrical thermal management for the traction batteries with electrical air conditioning solutions for the driver's cab in a modular system. The eBTM allows continuous monitoring of the operating temperature of the traction batteries in your construction vehicle and ensures a balance between the heating and cooling circuits. In this way, the eBTM keeps the temperature of the installed 400 or 800 volt traction batteries within the ideal range of around 22 degrees Celsius at all times. Depending on the vehicle type, application and number of batteries installed, several units can be combined. The plug-and-play thermal management solution dynamically adjusts the temperatures during different load phases. It can also condition the batteries during the charging process, thus reducing the charging time.

The Webasto eCTM is an electric heating and air conditioning solution for construction machinery and vehicles that ensures the right climate for the driver's cab and the traction batteries. The modular system consisting of an electric roof-mounted air conditioning system and the eBTM ensures pleasant temperatures in the driver's cab all year round and can be flexibly adapted to the individual heating and cooling requirements of different vehicle types. Thanks to its standardized design, the eCTM can be quickly and easily integrated into new or existing vehicles - ideal for manufacturers both in series production and for retrofitting.
